Jonathan Hyman brings over 15 years of sales expertise across both real estate and other industries. Since joining Metro Commercial Real Estate in 2012, he has focused on product and tenant representation across Chicago, its suburbs, and downstate markets. He has played a key role in strategic growth initiatives for retail and restaurant brands, handling market planning, coordination, and expansion efforts for major clients. His current portfolio of national and regional tenants includes TJX Companies, Famous Footwear, Ampler Development (Taco Bell), Francesca’s Restaurant Group, Oportun, and Colectivo Coffee. In 2018, he launched Metro Commercial’s Chicago-based office, leading the development of an urban-focused team and establishing a strong presence in both product and tenant representation within the city. Jonathan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northeastern University in Boston, holds an active real estate broker license, and participates in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He has been recognized as a CoStar Top Retail Leasing Power Broker five times—in 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2017.
